Order Data Processing

We have concluded a contract with Google for order data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.

5. Newsletter

Google reCAPTCHA

We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).

The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether the data input on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) is made by a person or by an automated program. For this purpose, reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the website visitor on the basis of various characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. 9. Data processing through social networks

We maintain publicly accessible profiles on social networks. The social networks we use in detail can be found below.

Social networks such as Facebook, Google+ etc. can usually analyze your user behavior comprehensively when you visit their website or a website with integrated social media content (e.g. like buttons or advertising banners). Visiting our social media sites triggers numerous processing processes relevant to data protection. In detail:

Storage period

The data collected directly by us via the social media presence is deleted from our systems as soon as the purpose for its storage no longer applies, you request us to delete, your consent to storage revoke or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Stored cookies remain on your device until you delete them. Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular Retention periods – remain unaffected.
