All details can be found in the manual. Here you can get an idea of the structure of the exercise:

Start the warm-up phase
Middle part: organ exercise, e.g. liver:

Stand with your feet wide apart – your toes pointing slightly outwards and knees slightly.

Hold the Woodstock vertically in front of your body – your hands at the neck cavity.
Let your breath flow into the right upper abdomen.

As you exhale, lead the Woodstock in front of one knee and bend it over the tip of your toes.
When inhaling, lead the Woodstock to the middle and bend both knees slightly again.
As you exhale, lead the Woodstock to the other knee and bend it over the tip of your toes.

Use the music and the spoken sentences (see manual) to tune in to the quality “I am tolerant”.

Finish the exercise with the final phase.
