With the videos and the manual you can easily learn woodstocking by yourself (according to the motto “watch, listen and learn”). It is important to get involved in the exercises, to take your time and not to tense up. Routine comes on its own when you do the exercises more often. It’s great that you can access the videos from all devices or download the videos/audio files so that they are available offline.

This day and age has one advantage, the woodstocking workshop is now also available online 🙂 Since I live in Bavaria, Hamburg is unfortunately not the closest way for me. But so I could visit the workshop yesterday (one-on-one) without travelling; at a date that suited me. Although I don’t have 3-4m of space in front of the computer, everything worked out wonderfully. Ina gives great tips, even deeper insights into woodstocking and answers all the questions you have. Once you have learned the exercises from the videos, the workshop is a great supplement on how to get even more out of the exercises.

The woodstocking set arrived yesterday and I started practising right away. To get in the mood, I first practised each exercise several times with the help of the video and then concentrated only on the first exercise with the music and that did so much good!!!! And the wood is beautiful!

Now after a few hours of practice it all makes sense, it fits together well. I’m also enjoying the rest period at the end more and more. And the head doesn’t fill up with new rubbish so quickly afterwards either.

Over the years I’ve done almost everything there is to do with body training. Woodstocking combines new and familiar training content in a wonderful and very different way.

When I pick up the woodstock now, I immediately notice how I find my balance and my centre. I feel my body in a completely different way.

My posture improved right after the first exercises, the conscious breathing is sooo good – even though I had trouble breathing to the organ at the beginning.

During the exercise I now get my head empty quickly and I feel centred.

I’m more of a head person. If something is not good, there is a pill. I am in the process of changing that and now actually perceive my body as part of me.

The music is part of this journey, it also has a meditative quality, supports perception, really cool. A great thing!

I stand much better now. I can build up tension in my body through body awareness and love the exact repetition of individual movements. This has led to a lasting improvement in my golf swing.

Since then I have been doing the exercises twice a day and so far I am very pleased. Sometimes it works better, sometimes I’m not so satisfied, but I can see that the exercises are progressing. I’m definitely keeping my eye on the ball, or rather, on the stick 😀.

I found the Kundenbereich (Video community) and downloaded the videos of the first exercise onto my smartphone. They are really great and you can find your way around without a “real” teacher. The blogs help too – I just haven’t read them all yet.

I used to practise Tai Chi combined with stick art for a long time, so the exercises appealed to me right away. The connection with breathing and organs also appeals to me.

I am very enthusiastic about Woodstock and the exercises. It really does something to you immediately when you have the stick in your hand or across your back and do the exercises. Somehow grounded. And the stick is beautifully made.

Your unique idea of Woodstocking is worth this mention. We have secured a copy M with stand. We want the Woodstock to be visible and within reach in our living room. The impression you have created with the wood, the simplicity, the closeness to nature to the body. Home accessory would be too flat a term. It is not a sports utensil. But it doesn’t resist being one either.

The Woodstock tells its story the more you use it. You can only carve something like that in wood to make it tangible. The branding is for the suffering it is willing to comfort. Let yourself be cuddled.

I have downloaded the eBook. It’s really very well done. You have put together an exemplary package. The Woodstock is packed in a space-saving way. Technically speaking, the whole thing has TÜV.

I have created 12 folders on the i Pad/tablet and stored a video and a sound file in each. Then the organ qualities are gradually integrated into everyday life and a local coherence field is created. The musical background with the bell signals is very useful.

I am very happy to have found Woodstocking for myself at this time. The home office is not for my back/neck and I am often exhausted… The Creativity Module always gives me energy, although it is still taking time to implement my vision of the future. I also believe that I have not yet exhausted all the possibilities with Woodstocking and that there is still a lot to discover. Someday I would like to do a course with you/you to learn more if necessary.

Thanks for the tips regarding the home office. I have now set myself a reminder to take a short break every 20 minutes, to change position or, since today, to do a Woodstocking exercise. It’s working fine so far. 😄
